This Public Consultation has now closed. Thank you for all comments received, which will be considered by Lagan Homes.
Lagan Homes has undertaken comprehensive preliminary research including an archaeological geophysical assessment. It is not anticipated that any archaeological remains which may be present would need to be preserved in situ and this will be confirmed in due course after on-site trial trenching investigation.
The assessment has also considered the setting of nearby heritage assets, in particular the church and the conservation area which lies adjacent to the south-west boundary.
